These world sites are pictured as Parallel Worlds. The assumption is that they will be their own Minecraft Server, with a community of up to 1,000 people taking part in the construction.
Each world would have it's own Federated Wiki, and images and videos from the Minecraft Server would be embedded in the wiki to give it character and context. Each world should have it's own Look and Feel.

The Actual World is a place to learn, visualise and document how Law derived and tested in online communities is applied to the Real World.
Form and Tekno worlds (as per their concept) - may not have a 3D rendering. They may be flat or abstract.

Tekno World is a place to present, discuss and learn, how technology, and systems science relates to the Real World.

There are many other possible worlds. I have registered for instance www.legislative.world. Other individual or groups who want to get their own server up would want to have their own domain and we would support them doing this.
In that we we facilitate the creation of many Parallel Worlds.
